On beginning of April 2010 five women with a self defense background, will travel to Nepal to hold some self defense courses in an orphanage and the related school close to Kathmandu. The courses have the goal to strengthen the kids self esteem. But the first thing we will have to do, since we come from a totally differnet culture, is to find out what’s possible and wanted.
